1. Booking Refund Policy
- Refunds for Cancellations
- Cancellation Before 15 Days of Subscription Start Date:
If you cancel your booking at least 15 days before the subscription start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.
- No Refunds for Active Rentals
- After Subscription Start:
Once the subscription begins, the rental is considered active. If you decide to end the ride early or cancel the subscription less than 15 days before the start date, no refund will be provided, whether for early termination or late cancellations.
2. Security Deposits
- Refund on Cancellation: Any security deposits collected at the time of booking (e.g., for damage protection) will be refunded within 30 days of the vehicle's return, provided there are no outstanding charges for damage or violation of terms.
- Deductions: Eleride reserves the right to deduct any outstanding amounts (e.g., fines for traffic violations, damage, or excessive wear) from the deposit before processing the refund.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or after the security deposit review. Payment will be credited via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as registration fees, penalties for misuse, or administrative fees, are non-refundable.
