Cancellation Policy

1. Ride Cancellation

  • Before 15 days of Subscription Start date: You can cancel your booking anytime before 15 days of the start of the subscription tenure. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2. Vehicle Unavailability or Malfunctions In case of vehicle unavailability due to system errors or technical malfunctions, you can contact our support team for a refund or a replacement vehicle. If a suitable replacement is not available, Eleride will issue a refund for the remaining rental period.

3. Penalties for Misuse Eleride reserves the right to cancel your rental without refund incase of misuse, violation of traffic rules, or failure to comply with our terms of service. Misuse includes riding under the influence, illegal parking, or transferring the vehicle to another person.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal, no refunds will be provided for that month.
